How to use OTP
Pharmaco-Net provides OTP authentication system, a two-factor authentication system, to provide a safer account security service.
Registering an OTP
To add an OTP to your account, you will need the following preparation.
- A fully registered and activated Pharmaco-net account
- Smartphone with IOS/Android operating system (or other system that can generate a two-factor authentication code)
To add an OTP to your account, please follow the steps below.
(1) Install "Google Authenticator" App on your smartphone.
Go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2&pcampaignid=web_share

(2) Log in to Pharmaco-Net.
(3) Select 'Pharmaco-Net main screen > My Page'.

(4) Select 'Config OTP'.

(5) A QR code will be displayed on the screen.

(6) Turn on the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone, and touch Scan QR code.

(7) Confirm that the OTP "Pharmaco-net: [Pharmaco-net user email]" is added to your smartphone.

(8) Enter the OTP number displayed on your smartphone into the OTP code field on Pharmaco-Net.
(9) Select 'Confirm' in the lower right corner.
(10) When the OTP registration confirmation pop-up window appears, select 'Yes'.
(11) OTP registration is complete.

Sign in to an account with an OTP
To log in to an account with an OTP, you need to enter the OTP code.

If you see this screen when logging in, please open the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone and enter the OTP code for your account.
Removing OTP
(1) Log in to Pharmaco-net.
(2) Select 'Pharmaco-Net main screen > My Page'.

(3) Select 'Remove OTP'.

(4) A window will appear asking if you want to remove the OTP, select 'Yes'.

(5) The OTP is removed, and you will no longer be asked for the OTP code to log in to that account.
